Aluminum hoops respond better to the inertia in comparison to plastic hoops that tend to warp, losing a lot of the inertia or energy. Therefore it takes less effort to "hoop" with aluminum hoops. These hoops have a 36" diameter, are SUPER LIGHT at just over 6 ounces a piece and come with either a shiny finish or a highly polished finish for the professional performer.
