Shipping, Terms and Conditions General Terms
All prices are in Canadian Dollars and do not include GST. We will try to maintain the price as advertised but we reserve the right to change before you place an order. When on the paypal server you can choose to change payment from Can Dollars to UK Pounds Sterling, Euros or US Dollars.Orders for outside of Canada do not include GST and the import duties will be the responsibility of the purchaser. The shopping cart will recalculate the price excluding GST. Product prices in the shopping cart exclude delivery charges.

Shipping info
Under normal conditions goods are dispatched with in a day of the order being placed. You will be advised of any delay or if any of your ordered items are not available. We use Canada post to ship orders,and to save you money. In the unlikely event that your goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange with you to replace or repair the goods as quickly as possible.

Free shipping:
Free shipping applys to orders over $350.00. We use Expedited Parcel via Canada Post. Free shipping only applys to Canadian addresses. On all orders is a packing & handling fee of $5.00.

Satisfaction

We guarantee our products against any kind of manufacturing defect, however, our responsibility is limited to those items recognised as faulty by ourselves. If your product should develop such a fault within 28 days of purchase we will repair it, or exchange it for an equivalent product if available, or if you prefer, refund your money. Contact us as soon as you find a defect with your item and we will then issue you a returns number so that we can track it. We will refund any shipping charges incurred in an authorised return of faulty merchandise.

We maintain a large stock of items but we are at the whim of our suppliers, so unfortunately all of our products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will contact you and you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. Returns Policy
Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. The return shipping charges for merchandise shipped back to the customer that has been approved for an exchange or warranty will be paid by OddBike. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and all components and manuals included. All product that is returned incomplete or damaged may not be accepted. If accepted, they will require a deduction. This deduction is final. Our 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to special order items. Should you wish to return an item after the 30 days, a 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from the original purchase price of the item.

We cannot accept returns on scratched, scuffed or used items, or Videos/DVDs once opened.

Please provide the following information when returning product:

•Original order number.
•Reason for return.
•Name and daytime phone number
•Verify all merchandise is in the original packaging and all components, manuals and accessories are included.

Product Quality Guarantee
We guarantee our products against any kind of manufacturing defect. If the product you purchased from us should develop such a fault within 30 days of original purchase we will repair it, exchange it for an equivalent product if available, or if you prefer, refund your money minus shipping charges. The defect must be cleared by our Warranty Department once the item has been received.

We offer a 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty from date of original purchase for all brands listed below:

•This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, nor to defects, malfunctions or failures that result from the abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, accident, or misuse (including, without limitation, racing, trials, mountain , stunting or similar activities) of the above listed products from Jugglegear.

Complaints Procedure

Should you have any concerns or complaints, please address them in the first instance to Peter Van Thiel. You will receive an immediate acknowledgement of receipt, and at least a preliminary response within 2 working days. Our preliminary response will, at the very least, provide a detailed plan and timescale for dealing with the matter you have raised. In most cases we anticipate resolving any issue within 2 days of receipt of your communication. All concerns and complaints will be treated personally, confidentially and seriously. Your satisfaction with the service you have received from JuggleGear is of paramount importance to us, and we welcome your comments.
